What we are building
An over-the-counter conversion service. A customer requests a quote for a supported digital asset, confirms it, and the fiat proceeds are settled to a verified bank account held in their own name. Arclight will not pay dealers, sellers or other third parties on a customer's behalf: the final payment is always one the customer makes themselves.
Everyday financial utility — managing, moving and spending money that began as digital assets — is planned for later stages, and this site describes it as planned, not as available.
How we intend to work
Identity is verified before any service is provided, and larger conversions are subject to source-of-funds review. Proceeds settle only to an account in the customer's own name. Every conversion leaves a complete record. Every complaint receives a reference and is handled under a written procedure.
The Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Risk Disclosures were published before launch rather than after it, so that anyone can read what they would be agreeing to.
Where we stand
Financial services are not currently available. We will not provide a regulated service unless and until the registrations, permissions and partner arrangements applicable to it are in effect. A registration with a regulator, where obtained, is not an endorsement, guarantee or approval of Arclight or of any transaction. Our regulatory status, where applicable, will be disclosed on this website or during onboarding.
