Arclight Pay is a Canadian fintech company developing services that connect digital assets with real-world financial use. The planned initial service focuses on OTC conversion between supported digital assets and fiat, with eligible fiat proceeds settled to a verified bank account held in the customer's own name. Broader account, payment and card functionality is planned for future phases.
The planned OTC service will allow an eligible client to request a conversion between supported digital assets and fiat. Before confirming a transaction, the client will receive a quote showing the applicable rate and fees. Transactions will only proceed after the required onboarding, compliance checks and client confirmation.

Fiat proceeds from the initial service will be settled to the customer's own verified bank account rather than paid directly to a dealer, seller or other third party.
