Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains what ARCLIGHT PAY LTD. ("Arclight Pay", "we", "us", or "our") stores on your device when you visit arclightpay.io, and what choices you have. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. The short version

If you browse the site and never send us a chat message, nothing is stored on your device. No cookies are set, nothing is written to local storage, and no request is made to any third party.

We run no analytics, no advertising and no tracking pixels on this website, and we load no third-party scripts.

2. What a cookie is

A cookie is a small file a website asks your browser to keep, so that something can be remembered between page loads. Related technologies — local storage and session storage — do a similar job and are covered by this policy too.

3. What we store, and when

3.1 Nothing, by default

Visiting the site sets no cookies. This includes reading the legal documents, the complaints page and the whole of the landing page.

3.2 Support chat — only after you write to us

Our support chat is our own, and runs on our own infrastructure. No third party is involved and nothing is loaded from anywhere else.

Opening the chat panel stores nothing. Only when you send a message do we keep an identifier in your browser's local storage, so that your conversation continues if you reload the page or come back later, and so a reply can reach you:

This is strictly necessary for a service you have explicitly requested by writing to us. If you never send a message, it is never stored.

3.3 The waiting list and the complaints form

Neither sets a cookie. What you type is sent to us when you submit the form, and is described in our Privacy Policy — not stored on your device.

3.4 Your cookie choices

If you record a cookie preference, we keep that choice in your browser's local storage so we do not ask again. It contains only your choice and the date, and identifies nobody.

4. What we do not do

We do not use analytics or measurement cookies.
We do not use advertising, retargeting or social media cookies.
We do not sell or share information about your browsing with anyone.
We do not fingerprint your device.

If this changes — for example if we introduce analytics — we will ask for your consent before anything non-essential is set, and this page will be updated first.

5. Managing cookies

You can review your choices at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of this website.

You can also control cookies in your browser: most browsers let you see what is stored, delete it, and refuse cookies entirely. Blocking local storage may stop parts of the site working — in practice, the support chat will not remember your conversation.

To remove your chat conversation from this device, clearing site data for arclightpay.io in your browser is sufficient. That removes the local identifier; the conversation itself is retained by us as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy as the website changes. The current version is always published here with its effective date.
